PlasterMax™
FIRE RATED PLASTERMAX™ - Abuse-Resistant Interior Veneer Plaster is a highly abrasion and impact resistant interior veneer plaster specifically formulated for application over EPS foam and incorporates an embedded non combustible fiberglass mesh. The product is formulated to have a very high strength (over 4000 psi in 3 days and about 8000 psi in 14 days) and provides a tough protective final finish over ICF and SIP panel construction wall systems utilizing EPS foam.
In today's competitive construction market, speed and ease of product installation are critical factors. The product is applied as a one-coat "two pass" system with embedded mesh to form an abuse resistant finish over EPS foam and is installed by conventional tools and equipment.
PlasterMax offers a fire rated wall finish for commercial and institutional buildings such as schools, universities, medical facilities, hotels, commercial offices, government/military buildings, correctional facilities, multi-family housing, etc. PlasterMax can be applied in smooth and textured finishes and readily accepts paint.
PlasterMax is also a green building product, meeting the demands of consumers and project owners for increased environmental sustainability. PlasterMax exceeds EPA and State of California indoor air quality and VOC standards with no crystalline silica.
